Water:

There is a bore installed on the lower terrace and provides a non-potable supply to each lot, irrigates the olive grove etc, and provides water to stock troughs around the site.

Wastewater:

Each site is required to have an aerated/secondary quality treatment unit. Each site will then pump effluent down the main wastewater pipeline (already installed) to the wastewater application area, where it irrigates a native bush plantation.
