What is included in the lot price?

The sections for sale at Totarabank are much more than bare sections, and include an undivided 1/8th share in;

• The 6 hectares of common land,
• A self contained one bedroom dwelling for guest use, to stay in whilst building your house, for the residents association to rent as a homestay
• The walking track, lake (photo), olive grove, grazing paddocks, orchard, fruit trees, nut trees, native bush plantation,
• A wind turbine and internal electrical grid
• A coppicing firewood area for firewood supply

The walking track also connects down to the Ruamahanga river reserve (photo).

Each section has supplied to the lot boundary:
